Spirit Message

Message to Empaths

If you are an empath like me, you feel so much. You may have health challenges.  Sometimes it feels like you just cannot get away from the inside and outside pain.

I am a Massachusetts-based Trance Medium, Spiritual Teacher, and Energy Healer. I was born with strong empathic abilities I did not understand. I grew up in a dysfunctional household and learned coping mechanisms that helped me survive but not thrive. I developed chronic anxiety, constant worry, and felt everyone’s pain.

My second daughter was born with a terminal liver disease. Her illness broke me open.  The next 40 plus years has taught me so much, though I was kicking and screaming through it. Life is not easy.

My life’s lessons have taught me to be more wholly present, have a stronger inner world where I can communicate with my Higher Self, my Soul, and Spirit, granting me inner peace and a sense of purpose and passion. Becoming a Master Reiki Teacher/Healer has also helped me understand energy while helping others.

I have built my house within and it has become a place of strength, spiritual nourishment, guidance, and support where I connect and communicate with my Higher Self, my Soul and Spirit Guides and angels. It truly has become a place of inner peace.

This Fall, I am offering two workshops to help you.  A Reiki two-day Level One training and a one day Connecting to your Inner Divine workshop. Check out the links and learn to build your own house within.
