Daily Meditation with Shirley
Exploring our authentic selves
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have built a community of meditators since mid-March, 2020. We meet for a half-hour daily via Zoom (08:30 am Eastern Time) listen to an inspirational reading, fifteen minutes of silent meditation, and then participant reflections. People are attending from around the world. Please join us. Email me at email@example.com for the recurring Zoom link.
Of note: The meditation reading occurs from 8:30-8:35 am (Eastern Time) and then 15 minutes of silence. If you sign on after 8:35 I'll have to keep you in the waiting room until the 15 minutes of silence is complete. Thank you for understanding.
"Thank you for sharing self. You are so many things to so many people."
"Lovely to meditate with others. Thank you!"
"This isolation and uncertainty is wearing on people. We need these light moments for grounding."
"This meditation is a good reminder to breathe."
"I was stunned that I was able to meditate, and at the end, I felt at peace and relaxed. This is very good for me. It’s the longest I've meditated in years."
"I feel so much better being with this community in a healing way."
"Your words flow with an openness and honest flair, I look forward to the next chapter every day!!"
"Lovely meditation today, a message that we all need!"
We are all seeking balance in our lives amidst a world of chaos. Meditation honors our hearts, our minds, and our bodies. To honor this balance and to support the flow of energy between giving and receiving, if you are able, consider a small donation. We use money to value our time, talents, knowledge, services and skills. This request is in this light.
$1/day or $7/week or $25/month or whatever amount you're comfortable with
Thank you with gratitude. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for the recurring Zoom link.
More information about Shirley:
I have been practicing mindfulness exercises for over 30 years working layer by layer through the emotional pain and distress from an abusive childhood, loss of a spouse in a car accident and the death of my 32-year-old daughter. I am a survivor of chronic illness, clinical depression and drug dependency due to chronic pain. As an intuitive coach using Dr. Susan Jeffers’ work Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, I have been improving my life step by step and helping others. As a psychic medium, I communicate with the world seen and unseen seeking help and understanding for myself and others. I was trained as a spiritual guide through the Rowe Conference Center Certificate Program in Spiritual Guidance.
I have learned to accept my gifts as a psychic medium using clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. It is with this guidance I commenced daily meditation practice via zoom.
