Daily Meditation with Shirley

Exploring our authentic selves

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have built a community of meditators since mid-March, 2020. We meet for a half-hour daily via Zoom (08:30 am Eastern Time) an inspirational reading, fifteen minutes of silent meditation, and then participant reflections. Of note:  The inspirational reading takes place from 8:30-8:35 and then 15 minutes of silence.  If you sign on after 8:35 I'll have to keep  you in the waiting room until the 15 minutes of silence is complete. Thank you for understanding.

I have been practicing mindfulness exercises for over 30 years working layer by layer through the emotional pain and distress from a very abusive childhood, loss of a spouse in a car accident and the death of my 32-year-old daughter.  I am a survivor of chronic illness, clinical depression and drug dependency due to chronic pain. As an intuitive coach using Dr. Susan Jeffers’ work Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, I have been improving my life step by step and helping others. As a trance medium, I communicate with the world seen and unseen seeking help and understanding for myself and others. I was trained as a spiritual guide through the Rowe Conference Center Certificate Program in Spiritual Guidance.

 

Back in the late eighties I found meditation and my connection to a higher wisdom. Through the years, I have learned to understand my gifts as a trance medium using clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. It is with this presence I was guided to commence a daily meditation practice via zoom.
